Arrival Clearance
Our highly experienced team is dedicated to making your arrival into New Zealand seamless and stress-free. We provide comprehensive information and hands-on assistance to ensure every aspect of your entry process is smooth and efficient. We work closely with New Zealand Customs, the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI), and Immigration to guarantee full compliance for all visiting yachts. Provisioning

With a wide network of partnerships, our superyacht provisioning Auckland means we’re able to source premium products for the galley and the full selection of interior supplies, delivering them straight to the passerelle. Crew housing
From Orams’ central Auckland position it’s an easy stroll to a wide-range of serviced apartments and five minutes to large crew houses. Auckland has purpose-designed crew houses within an easy walk or bike ride of the yard which our team can book for your crew. Sitting within the heart of Wynyard Quarter, we also have an array of apartments at our doorstep equipped with gyms, saunas and a range of other facilities which we’re happy to secure for your crew in the configurations which suit.
Bunkering
With tankers able to come to you, on-site bunkering is simple. Our connections ensure the best quality fuels and lubricants for your yacht, straight to the marina. Orams Marine also has its own fuel facility adjacent to our marina berths, making refuelling of all vessels quick and efficient. Talk to our team about your bunkering needs.
Pilotage
Some of New Zealand’s waterways, including Auckland’s Harbour, the Waitematā, require pilotage for vessels over 500 tonnes. For a superyacht pilot in Auckland, our team is able to organise a pilot for vessels prior to their arrival. For vessels planning an extended stay in New Zealand waters, we’re also able to work with crew and vessel to discuss longer term solutions.
