Less than a minute from motorway off-ramps, and in the heart of central Auckland, you’ll find our secure storage for boats up to 12 metres for a stress-free approach to boat ownership.  

Putting the emphasis on efficiency, we perform a hull wash down and fresh water engine flush after each trip. And with our fuel depot and marine service hub right next door, you’ll always be ready to hit the water.

Curious about Orams Marine’s Boat Park? We’ve answered some of the most frequently-asked questions.

How long does it take from arriving to getting out on the harbour?

Approximately five to ten minutes. Our Boat Park sits on the water, and we aim to have your boat ready when you arrive. Simply call us an hour ahead and we’ll swing into action.

What about fuel?

We’ve got fuel onsite, allowing you to fill up at our on-water depot which you’ll pass as you approach or leave the Boat Park by water.

Where can I go for boat servicing?

Orams Marine is New Zealand’s largest marine services hub so you can access services, a marine chandlery, engineering, fuel, and expert advice within steps of the Orams Marine Boat Park.

How many lifts can I have per month?

Unlimited; our aim is to get you out enjoying the water.

What if I’ve been fishing?

We hope you caught something! There’s a fish cleaning bench in the Boat Park, and heavy duty hoses and power on the marina for clean-up.

What about wash down?

Leave it to us. On your return, we’ll lift your boat out of the water, wash the hull and flush the engine with fresh water before returning it to the dry stack.

What size boats are in the Boat Park?

We have 310 berths for boats up to 12 metres approximately.

Why would I use a dry stack?

A key reason is convenience. It removes the need for a trailer - and trailer space in your driveway - and means you’re able to launch your boat right on the harbour in central Auckland. It also reduces overall wear and tear on the boat’s superstructure, fibreglass, paint, canopies and other materials. If you’re new to boating, it can remove some of the difficulty associated with storing, maintenance and transporting your boat to and from the water, leaving you to focus on the boating experience.

What are your opening hours?

We’re open 8.00am - 5.00pm, seven days. Boats can be taken out/or returned between 5am and 10pm.

Will my boat be secure?

Absolutely. We have 24 hour security in the Boat Park.

M/Y Samaya has now completed three successful yard periods at Orams, with our most recent six-month refit being the most extensive to date. The team delivered a wide scope of works, from luxury interior upgrades to major glass and exterior modifications. All executed with remarkable skill and professionalism. The craftsmanship, particularly the interior carpentry, is on par with the best European shipyards, and the organisation throughout the project was outstanding. Thanks to the dedication and expertise of the team, we achieved much more than we had even initially planned.
